1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern the relationship between jqk29 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jqk29 platform in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or an anonymous visitor.

1.2 By clicking "Register", "Sign In", or otherwise accessing the jqk29 platform, you affirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 jqk29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, jqk29 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address on record.

1.4 These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 June 2026. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a jqk29 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; and (d) not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity.

2.2 jqk29 is an internationally licensed platform. It does not hold a Malaysian government-issued gaming licence, as no such licensing framework currently exists for online casinos in Malaysia. Each player is solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling complies with the laws of their jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

2.3 Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. jqk29 requires a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport) as a minimum. Additional documentation may be requested at jqk29's discretion to satisfy anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension and, where required by applicable law, reporting to relevant authorities.

2.4 jqk29 employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Any document submitted for KYC purposes that jqk29 determines to be falsified, altered, or belonging to a third party will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jqk29 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jqk29 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jqk29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 You must notify jqk29 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jqk29 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account upon receipt of such notification.

3.4 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

3.5 jqk29 accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in jqk29 accounts is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 jqk29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and others), and such other methods as jqk29 may introduce from time to time.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary.

4.3 All funds deposited into your jqk29 account must originate from a payment source owned and registered in your name. Use of payment sources belonging to third parties is prohibited and may trigger AML review procedures.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to an account in the same name as the registered jqk29 account. jqk29 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.5 jqk29 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where an account investigation is ongoing, jqk29 will notify the account holder of the hold and the estimated resolution timeline to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.6 jqk29 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, but the player's payment provider may apply its own fees. jqk29 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jqk29 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements ("WR") that are communicated at the time of the offer and accessible via the account dashboard after claiming.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that includes unreleased bonus funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses claimed through the use of multiple accounts, payment methods, or VPN/proxy services will be voided.
• jqk29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where practicable.

5.3 Abuse of promotional offers, including systematic bonus exploitation through low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, constitutes a breach of these Terms. jqk29 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings in such cases.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 All games available on jqk29 are supplied directly by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, and Nolimit City. Each game operates in accordance with the rules established by its provider, which are accessible within the game interface.

6.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jqk29 are certified by independent testing laboratories. jqk29 does not modify game RTPs from the values certified by the original provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side log maintained by the game provider constitutes the definitive record of the outcome.

6.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jqk29 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the situation equitably. Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will generally be returned to the player's wallet. jqk29 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.4 Sportsbook bets placed on the jqk29 platform are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. For live football matches including Malaysia Super League fixtures, in-play settlement follows real-time officiating decisions. jqk29 reserves the right to void bets where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jqk29 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement:

• Registering, accessing, or using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the jqk29 platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the jqk29 platform without authorisation.

7.2 jqk29 employs fraud detection systems and conducts periodic reviews of account activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to holds, additional verification requests, or closure pending investigation, without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to prevent further harm.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 jqk29 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account dashboard, including configurable deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods.

8.2 Self-exclusion is available to all jqk29 account holders directly from the Account Settings page. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected (six months). During a self-exclusion period, jqk29 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded player cannot access the platform and will not receive promotional communications.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property on the jqk29 platform — including but not limited to the jqk29 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game content supplied by providers — is owned by or licensed to jqk29 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jqk29 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any platform content without jqk29's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jqk29's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 jqk29 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data; (d) losses arising from interruption of service due to circumstances beyond jqk29's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

10.3 The jqk29 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jqk29 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure from all external threats, although jqk29 employs industry-standard security measures to protect the platform and player data.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 jqk29's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the jqk29 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to jqk29 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, payment processing, account security, and regulatory compliance purposes.

11.3 jqk29 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data sharing is limited to game providers (for gameplay purposes), payment processors (for transaction purposes), and regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required by law.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 jqk29 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 jqk29 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if jqk29 determines that the account holder has breached these Terms or if continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to jqk29.

12.3 You may close your jqk29 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Closure of an account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of closure. Any positive balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jqk29 is incorporated and licensed for online gaming operations. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jqk29's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

13.2 jqk29's internal dispute resolution process is the mandatory first step for all player complaints. Players must submit a formal complaint via the support channel and allow jqk29 a minimum of 14 days to investigate and respond before initiating any external dispute process.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
